Terms and Conditions
The Link Airport website is owned by Link Airport Perth, when booking a transfer through our website you agree to have read and understood our terms and conditions that are outlined on this page.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Our prices depend on the distance of the journey, the time and day that your pick up is required and whether the pick up is from or to the airport. International airport pick ups are slightly higher in price as there is additional waiting time for the clients to clear customs.
Extra fees will apply to multiple pick up/drop off bookings.
All our prices are inclusive of GST and airport parking fees where applicable.
Credit card fees apply to all payments made by card.
Each time we provide a quote, it would be valid for a certain amount of time which will be mentioned clearly on the quote provided. Link Airport Perth will honour the quote only for the amount of time that it is valid for. We will not guarantee neither price nor availability if you decide to book your reservation after the provided quote expires.
LUGGAGE AND GUEST CAPACITY
We can seat up to 4 guests, (2) Large suitcases and (3) Carry on suitcases in one of our luxury sedans. For larger vehicles, please advice us of the number of guests and luggage sizes when making your inquiry so we can accomodate for your needs and quote you accordingly.
TRANSFER AND BOOKING DETAILS
We require that you provide us with the details of your reservation in writing only. We will not be able to take the details of your booking over the phone, we communicate in writing via email, text messaging and WhatsApp. Please note that we can’t communicate via text messages with international phone numbers (unless you where using an iPhone with iMessage enabled).
Non-prepaid bookings – we accept cash and all major cards inside our vehicles including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club and Cabcharge.
Prepaid bookings – we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and bank transfers. Extra terms and conditions may apply in certain circumstances and will be provided with each individual quote if applicable.
All prepaid bookings will not be confirmed until full payment has been received and/or funds have cleared.
We only use luxury vehicles within our fleet, eg. Caprice, BMW, Klugar (SUV), Odyssey (SUV) etc and do not use vehicles such as a Camry or Prius. Vehicle make, model and type are subject to availability and may change without notice. Sometimes we may send a SUV or a mini van to cover a sedan booking or as many sedans as needed to cover a SUV/van booking if necessary.
WAITING TIME POLICY
For pick ups other than from the airport – a 10 minute complementary waiting time is included in the price.
For domestic flight pick ups – a 30 minute waiting time for the clients to exit the glass gates is included in the price.
For international flight pick ups – a 60 minute waiting time for the clients to exit the glass gates is included in the price.
Depending on our availability we may wait outside the above given times for an additional fee of $60 per hour charged in 30 minutes increments.
No extra charges apply for delayed flights.
We will only accomodate to any changes to your confirmed reservation if we had availability and extra charges may apply depending on the amendments required. We reserve the right to full payment in case we have no availability to accommodate your amendment and your original booking is no longer required and is cancelled.
Link Airport Perth at its own discretion may wave the extra charges on amendments and the request to receive full payment if there is no availability to accommodate amendments.
ON TIME PICK UPS
We will always do our absolute best to meet our pick up times on schedule but in the unfortunate occasions where circumstances out of our control may cause a delay in your pick up times or no pick up at all then Link Airport Perth, it’s off-loaders, sub contractors, staff and management shall not be liable for any losses or compensation resulting from the delays in your pick up and/or the failure to pick you up. This includes but is not limited to any missed flights, or travel connections.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from booking error, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information with regards to your booking details and advise us of any changes accordingly.
Except to the extent permitted by law, Link Airport Perth, its sub contractors, off-loaders, staff and management are not liable for the damage or loss to goods and luggage, the injury or death of any person, or for consequential or any other loss of any kind or type whether physical, psychological, emotional or financial resulting directly or indirectly from accidents, mechanical failures, negligence or omission or any other cause with regards to provision or non-provision of any services provided. Furthermore, we are not liable for any inaccuracy with regards to any information regarding transport prices and/or transportation and transfers prices.
INSIDE OUR VEHICLES
- Smoking, consumption of food & beverages are not permitted in our vehicles at all times.
- Anti social behaviour is not tolerated inside our vehicles and we reserve the right to terminate the hire at any time without notice. Full payment will be required in such cases.
- Seat belts are required to be worn at all times.
- The hirer will be responsible for the repair costs, driver time and the vehicle time being off the road as a result of causing any damage to the vehicle.
We only use licensed drivers to carry passengers for reward by the Department of Transport in Western Australia. At times when we are over booked we may also use the services of independent licensed chauffeur drivers to cover our bookings.
