REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Refunds policy on Pre-Paid Services
No refunds will be issued for any bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to the scheduled booking date.
For any bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled booking date a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations & Refunds policy on non Pre-Paid Services
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations on all non pre-paid bookings. Failure to do that will result in full payment to be made either to our bank account or by phone, we will issue an invoice containing our bank details so you can make your payment or if you prefer you can give us a call to make your payment over the phone.
No payment is required if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the time that your pickup is due.
Under our own discretion, some types of transfers will require a full non refundable payment (even in case of cancellation in accordance with the above mentioned policy) to be made before we can confirm your reservation. This will be clearly communicated with you in the quote provided.
